How the profile registration uses your information.
Privacy notice
US Base stores the email address you provide and a one-way password hash to create and protect your profile. We send a one-time verification link to confirm your email address. A secure session cookie keeps you logged in for up to seven days. We use this data for profile access and support. If you contact support or ask about a service, we receive your email address and message. Admins can review inquiries and record follow-up status. We do not collect identity documents, banking credentials, or payment details through this site.
Your profile is not a bank account and is not shared with Nium through this registration flow. To request access to or deletion of your profile data, email secure@ibccf.site. We will update this notice before any identity or financial onboarding begins.
